When a participant you introduced refers another company, earn an upstream bonus if that deal qualifies.

Proposed program amounts. Minimum deal requirements and payout timing are being finalized. Percentages are rounded to the nearest cent. Joining alone earns nothing.

Join the referral program

Create an individual or company account to get your referral link and track introductions. Provisional rewards require finalized terms and approval before payment.

An example

Alex introduces Acme. Acme introduces Strata.

On a qualifying $1 million payment to Strata, Acme’s approved payee earns $60,000 and Alex earns $10,000.

If Strata refers another company, the chain moves forward. Alex receives no reward from that next deal.

02 / The process

How it works

    Join as an individual or company and receive your own referral link.

  2. 02

    Share your link. At signup, the company sees who referred them, with no extra confirmation step.

  3. 03

    Mode reviews the company, scopes its data and agrees on partnership terms.

  4. 04

    When the deal meets the program’s requirements, level 1 earns the greater of $50,000 or 6%, and level 2 earns the greater of $5,000 or 1% of that same agreed company data payment.

03 / Clear attribution

One company. One introduction.

  • 01

    The first valid referral recorded through company signup receives attribution. If a company signs up without your link, Mode may verify evidence of an earlier introduction and restore missing attribution. An existing introducer cannot be replaced.

  • 02

    Each company has one referral identity shared by its authorized users. Duplicate accounts do not create additional rewards.

  • 03

    Ownership, employment and financial interests must be disclosed. Self-referrals and related-company referrals require review.
